Small units with queen sized beds and kitchenettes for up to two people ranges from $45.00(Winter Rates) to $65.00 per night Small units with double and twin sized beds and kitchenettes for up to three people ranges from $50.00 to $70.00 per night Large two bedroom units with kitchenettes that accommodates up to 6 people ranges from $85.00 to $135.00 per night Two bedroom units without the kitchenette for up to 5 people ranges from $70.00 to $95.00 per night Two bedroom units without the kitchenette for up to 4 people ranges from $65.00 to $90.00 per night MOTEL POLICIES: We do not accept pets of any kind. Persons bringing pets on the premises will be charged an additional $100.00 and asked to leave without a refund. Pets are not allowed in cars. This is a family motel, loud or intoxicated guests will not be tolerated! They will be asked to leave without a refund. All rooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed only in picnic area or in your car. Absolutely no smoking in front of rooms or on the porches! Smoking of any substance in rooms will result in $150.00 charge to your credit card.
